Women's Self Defense Class:

Jeff Davis and Bill Dalton will be teaching another class at the 1st Baptist Church of Maryville.

The class begins on June 16, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. The class will run for six consecutive Monday nights.

The classes will be approximatley one hour and 15 minutes long.

The cost is $95.00.

Weapons Classes

Doug and I will start teaching Bo (Staff) classes the first week of April. These classes will concentrate specifically on the BO. They will be taught in a group format at no extra charge. Participants will have to order their Bo form us to Participate!
